Privacy Policy
1. Controller
famosMedia Technologies Ltd., Pentadaktylou 45, 7737 Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus. Registration number HE446075. Contact: [email protected].
2. This website
usepaidradar.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and embeds no social media widgets or external fonts. There is no contact form and no newsletter signup.
Our server writes standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website. These logs are retained for a short period and then deleted.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare as a content delivery network and reverse proxy. Cloudflare processes connection data (including your IP address) to route the request and to protect against attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. The PaidRadar plugin
PaidRadar runs entirely inside your own WordPress installation. It reads your WooCommerce orders and calls your payment gateway's API using credentials that you configure and that stay on your own server.
We do not receive, collect or have access to any of that data. There is no account, no cloud service and no telemetry in the free plugin. Order data, customer data and API keys never leave your infrastructure.
In processing your own customers' order data with the plugin, you act as controller. The plugin is a tool you operate; it does not create a processor relationship with us.
4. Pro licences and payments
If you purchase PaidRadar Pro, the checkout is handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider collects the data required for the transaction (name, email, billing address, tax information and payment details) and processes it under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to issue and support your licence — typically your email address, the purchased plan and the order reference. We never see full payment card details.
Licence validation is performed offline using a signed licence key. Update checks contact our licence server with the licence key and the site domain, so that we can serve the correct update and enforce the licence terms. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of the contract with you.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected].
6. Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
