Terms & Conditions
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms govern your use of usepaidradar.com and the PaidRadar software, provided by famosMedia Technologies Ltd., Pentadaktylou 45, 7737 Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE446075.
2. The free plugin
The PaidRadar free core is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, modify and redistribute it under those terms.
3. Pro licences
A PaidRadar Pro purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Pro add-on on the number of sites stated in your plan, including updates and support for the licence period. Licence keys are personal to your purchase; publishing a key or sharing it to circumvent the site limit terminates the licence.
Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Invoicing, applicable taxes and refunds are handled under that provider's terms, which apply to the transaction in addition to these terms.
4. What the software does and does not promise
You remain responsible for verifying that recovered orders are correct for your business, for fulfilling them, and for your own bookkeeping and tax obligations. We recommend running the first scan with a short look-back window on a staging site or a limited date range.
5. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will detect every recoverable order. Third-party gateway APIs may change or become unavailable outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer where those apply.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in the EU may also rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
8. Trademarks
WooCommerce and WordPress are trademarks of their respective owners. Stripe, PayPal and Mollie are trademarks of their respective owners. PaidRadar is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the current version; material changes affecting existing licences will be communicated to licence holders by email.
