Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases of PaidRadar Pro licences from famosMedia Technologies Ltd., Pentadaktylou 45, 7737 Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE446075. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or include your order reference. Tell us you would like a refund — that is all we need. We aim to reply within two business days.
2. Timeframe
Requests made within 14 days of the purchase date are refunded in full. After 14 days we are no longer obliged to refund, but we would still rather hear from you than leave you with software you cannot use — write to us and we will look at it case by case.
3. How the money comes back
Refunds are issued through our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which processed the original payment, and are returned to the payment method you used. The provider is identified at checkout and in section 3 of our Terms & Conditions. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
4. What happens to your licence
When a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and no longer entitles you to Pro updates or support. The free PaidRadar core plugin is GPL-licensed and remains yours to use regardless — a refund does not affect it, and your order and audit data stay in your own WordPress database.
5. Statutory rights
PaidRadar Pro is digital content supplied immediately on purchase. Where consumer law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, this policy is offered in addition to those rights and does not limit them. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A refund by email is faster for you than a dispute, and we have never refused one inside the 14-day window.
